For Small BusinessMeeting them where they areDelaware · 2026

The software industry has spent two decades building tools for itself.

Galvyn is building for everyone else.

Galvyn is a software factory for small business. We design, build, and operate AI-augmented software for the businesses the technology industry forgot — the corner shop, the contractor, the clinic, the salon. Companies that can’t afford a CTO, but can’t afford to be left behind either.

About01

A Delaware software company.

Galvyn, LLC is a Delaware-registered software company building AI-augmented software and communications utilities for small businesses. We operate messaging services that are designed and operated in compliance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy.

The Gap02

The largest underserved market in software.

Custom software costs hundreds of thousands of dollars. Off-the-shelf SaaS forces businesses to fit themselves into someone else’s workflow. No-code breaks the moment the business changes shape.

More than thirty million small businesses in the United States are running their operations out of spreadsheets, group chats, printed forms, and the founder’s phone — not because they want to, but because nothing else fits. This is the largest underserved market in software, and it has been underserved for thirty years.

We think modern language models change the economics of custom software dramatically enough that the gap can finally be closed. That is what Galvyn exists to do.

Approach03

Meeting them where they are.

We don’t ask small businesses to learn new tools, log into new dashboards, or change how they work. We meet them in the channels they already use — WhatsApp, SMS, voice, email — and build software that lives behind those channels.

  1. 01

    Channel-native.

If a business already lives on WhatsApp, the software lives on WhatsApp. No new app to install. No login. No dashboard to forget about. The interface is the conversation.

  2. 02

    AI-augmented by default.

Language models have collapsed the cost of building and operating custom software. We pass that cost reduction directly to small businesses, so that work which used to require a six-figure engagement now fits the budget of a ten-person team.

  3. 03

    Delivered as a service.

We don’t sell licenses or hand over a codebase. We design, deploy, host, and operate the software — and we evolve it as the business evolves. The business stays focused on the business; we stay focused on the software.

Practice04

What we build.

We build small, focused software in four categories — each delivered through the channels the business already uses.

Customer messaging

Intake, scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection — handled over WhatsApp, SMS, and voice with the business’s own voice and policies.

Operations

Inventory tracking, dispatch, billing, and document routing — driven by chat and voice, not by a dashboard that nobody opens.

Knowledge

FAQ assistants, document Q&A, and internal handbooks that answer questions in the channels staff already check, from policies to product specifications.

Insight

Daily and weekly digests, anomaly detection, and small dashboards — delivered as messages instead of demanding a login.

Process05

How we work.

  1. 01

    Listen.

We start by speaking with the business owner and operators — often in their own channel. We learn what’s slow, what’s manual, and what keeps the owner up at night before we write any code.

  2. 02

    Prototype.

We ship a working slice of the software within days, not quarters. It is narrow, opinionated, and used by real people from day one. Modern tooling makes this pace possible.

  3. 03

    Operate.

Software is delivered as a managed service. We host it, we monitor it, we keep it patched, and we keep it improving. The business is never on the hook for ops.

  4. 04

    Evolve.

Telemetry from real usage feeds back into product decisions. The software learns the business, and we keep shipping changes as the business grows or pivots.

Who We Serve06

Built for established small businesses.

We work with businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but have never found anything that fits. We do not work with hobby projects, and we do not chase the enterprise.

Service

Clinics, salons, repair shops, fitness studios, professional practices.

Retail

Independent stores, restaurants, specialty shops, neighborhood brands.

Field

Contractors, home services, logistics, mobile teams that spend more time on the road than at a desk.

Professional

Legal, accounting, real estate, and other small firms with high-context client work.

Built On07

Stack.

Contact08

Get in touch.

If you run a small business that is being held back by software — or by the lack of it — we want to hear from you.

Messaging Policy09

Opt-in only. Easy to leave.

Galvyn only messages people who have given explicit, affirmative opt-in consent to receive messages from us or from the businesses we operate software for. We do not purchase phone lists, scrape numbers, or send unsolicited messages.

Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing yatharth@galvyn.com. Once opted out, a recipient will not receive further messages from the relevant service.

Our messaging services operate in compliance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
