- Message content that you send to or receive from us through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.
- Contact information you submit voluntarily, such as your name and email address.
- Platform metadata provided by third-party messaging platforms (for example, message delivery status, timestamps, and platform-assigned identifiers).
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- deliver messages you have explicitly opted in to receive, and respond to messages you send us;
- process opt-out requests and maintain suppression lists;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. No Sale of Personal Information
Galvyn does not sell personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
4. Retention
We retain information for only as long as is reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Opt-out records are retained as long as required to honor suppression.
5. Opt-Out
You can opt out of messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you, or by emailing yatharth@galvyn.com. Once you opt out, we will stop sending you further messages for the relevant service.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.
7. No Minors
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.
